We worked with Resham on the sale of our apartment and she was fantastic from beginning to end. Even before we listed the property, she walked us thru the process and gave us the ins and outs what it entails. She recommended us on a number of things without being pushy. When we had a decision to make, she would give us a number of options and give us the pros and cons of each and left the decision to us. Once the apartment was listed, her execution was impeccable. She went out of her way to make the open house visible widely and managed to get many potential buyers into the door.
